What we collect
A check stores the business name you type, a city or “online”, the website, and the 5 questions and AI answers it produces. If you save a result, we store your email address. A paid audit additionally stores the 80 questions, answers and your fix list, and the checkout gives us your payment confirmation (we never see your card details — payments run on Stripe).
What we do with it
We run your report, email it to you, send personalized weekly tips if you signed up (stop any time by replying STOP), and count anonymous totals like how many checks ran. We do not sell your data. We send business information you submit to the AI assistants we test as part of running the questions — that is the product working.
Who can see your report
Reports live at private links. Anyone with the link can read the report, and links can be re-sent to the email on file via Find your report. Treat the link like a document you would not post publicly.
Deletion
Want your check, report and email removed? Email rankinchat@nanocorp.app from the address you used and we delete them.
Cookies & analytics
We use a session storage flag to remember when you dismissed an offer, and privacy-friendly analytics to count page views and funnel steps. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.
