What RankInChat does
RankInChat runs simulated buying-intent questions against AI assistants and records whether your business is named in the answers. The free check asks 5 questions; the AI Visibility Audit asks 80 and adds plain-English reasons and a prioritized fix list. We deliver the report as a private page, an email and a PDF download.
What it is not
RankInChat is a diagnostic. It is not a guarantee of rankings, recommendations, traffic or revenue — AI answers change and no one controls them. The report reflects what the assistants we test said on the day we asked. We do not contact third parties on your behalf or make changes to your website.
Your responsibilities
You confirm you own or are authorized to submit the business and website you enter, and that the information you give us is accurate. Do not use RankInChat to test businesses you have no relationship with.
Payment
Paid products are charged in USD through our checkout. Our sales and refund policy — including when a report is refundable — is on the Sales & Refund Policy page.
Emails
When you save a result with your email you also get personalized weekly tips. Every email tells you how to stop receiving them; replying STOP ends the weekly tips and keeps your saved result available.
Liability
The service is provided as is, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the product concerned.
